How much floor space does each machine need?
Each machine occupies approximately 44cm × 75cm of floor space — roughly 6.5 square feet including comfortable seating clearance. Ten machines require a zone of approximately 65 square feet, comfortably fitting outside two standard party rooms.
What happens if a machine breaks down?
Our three-tier maintenance protocol means basic issues are resolved on-site within 48 hours and full machine replacements are arranged within 96 hours. All repair and replacement costs are borne entirely by Joynt Partners.
What do my staff need to do?
We estimate approximately 3 hours of light staff time per week across 10 machines — covering basic checks, Space Card replenishment, and prize counter management. We provide a simple video guide for any basic on-site maintenance.
Who sources the prizes for Space Card redemptions?
We assist you in sourcing cost-effective, child-appropriate merchandise. You manage the prize counter and the redemption experience. Prizes are your cost — but they drive repeat play and represent an effective marketing investment at under £10 per item.
Who sources the prizes for Space Card redemptions?
No. Our Pilot Phase carries no contractual obligation. After 30 days, we review the data together and you decide whether to continue. A commercial partnership agreement is only put in place after you have seen real results from your own venue.
Are the machines suitable for young children?
Absolutely. The Ballistic Boy machine was designed from inception for children aged 4 and above. The plunger tension, machine height, ceramic ball size, and visual design are all calibrated for children's motor skills and sensory engagement. UKCA certification confirms it meets UK safety standards for all-ages public deployment.
